There are a variety of glass enclosure options, including:

• A Framed Glass Door  – think sliding door in a classic bathroom
• A Frame-less Glass Door – which creates a more modern feel and helps make the room feel larger
• A Bi-Fold Glass Door – an ideal option for bathrooms with limited space.  This type of door folds into the shower so you don’t loose any precious floor space.
• A Curved Glass Door – not the 1980’s version that might come to mind in the form of glass blocks, rather a sleek shower enclosure that maximizes space in a small bathroom.
• A Partial Glass Enclosure – will do the job of keeping water in the shower/tub area as long as it stretches 60 percent of the way across the side of the tub

An added perk that accompanies any of the above glass enclosures is that it will be easier to clean than a shower curtain.  If your home has hard water you can easily avoid water spots on the glass enclosure by using a small squeegee on the glass after each use.
