About VanderBeken Remodel

Ron started out as an educator following his graduation from Seattle Pacific University. However, in 1999 Ron left the field of education for a full-time position as a Project Manager for Kvernmo Construction Inc. Since 2007 Ron has managed VanderBeken Remodel, specializing in working with and educating clients in the best way to make their homes an even better place to live. One of the ways Ron balances his work/life is by teaching a weekly art class at a small classical school in Marysville where his three children, Abigail, Aaron & Isaiah, attend.

After growing up in a construction family, it makes perfect sense to continue the tradition and work with Ron in running VanderBeken Remodel. Jennifer is an active member of the Remodeler’s Council in the MBA of King & Snohomish County and is currently the vice-chair of the Remodeled Homes Tour. Jennifer is also a Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist (CAPS) with the National Association of Home Builders and takes great satisfaction in helping clients reimagine, remodel, and relove their space.

Believe it or not, remodeling is an emotional process and with her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Western Washington University, Whitney brings a solid understanding of helping clients through the remodeling process. In addition, her background in the graphic arts is a talent and skill utilized every day in marketing and highlighting current projects on social media.  In her free time Whitney enjoys reading, baking, editing videos for her husband’s online guitar membership and spending time with their 2 girls.  Whitney has been with the VanderBeken Remodel team since 2018.

As a boy, Brandon wanted to be an astronaut, professional athlete, business owner and a father. Life has taught him that it’s not very easy to become an astronaut, the odds of becoming a professional athlete is slim to none, but the reward of being a father exceeds most everything.  His time in the military and as a Ranger School graduate taught Brandon how to push himself mentally and physically and further developed his strong work ethic.  Brandon got into the remodeling industry by starting out as an all-trade transition helper. He learned from a multi-million-dollar custom home builder and remodeler who took Brandon under his wing and taught him how to handle all aspects of construction and how to handle sub-contractors.  Brandon whole-heartedly believes that to be successful you must do 3 things: be honest, communicate well and always do the right thing. In his free time Brandon enjoys spending time with his family and doing outdoor activities like skydiving and motocross.  Brandon joined the VanderBeken Remodel team in 2019.

Chandra Sadro is passionate about good design. After receiving her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Interior Design, she worked for over a decade in the field honing her skills before establishing her independent, full-service interior design studio in 2007.  Chandra has lived abroad and traveled extensively, this brings a worldview along with a sophisticated sense of style and a unique perspective to her projects. She is an advocate of Historic Home Preservation and Sustainable Design finding an outlet for both interests in the 1923 Bungalow she and her husband are restoring.

Genay is a Northwest native, growing up in the Seattle area. She is an award winning designer, tapping into her experiences in both residential design and retail merchandising & display.  She has a degree in Visual Communication Design from Western Washington University and an Interior Design degree from Bellevue College.

A team of the best specialty trade contractors have been cultivated over the years and play a very important part of the VanderBeken Team. Even though they are independent contractors their loyalty and commitment to VanderBeken clients is unparalleled.
