Everett, WA remodeling contractor

Once called the “City of Smokestacks,” Everett has a long association with industry and labor. Its first beginnings were two Native American settlements at opposite sides of the heavily wooded region, one on the Snohomish River and the other on Port Gardner Bay. Platted in the 1890s and named after the son of an early investor, it soon attracted the attention of East Coast money. Over the next 100 years, Everett would be a formidable logging mill and industrial center. By 2017, Everett numbered 110,079 citizens.  On May 4, 2018, the City of Everett turned 125 years old.

Today, Everett supports a healthy economy, utilizing the pluses of aerospace, telecommunications, computer technology, electronics, health care, tourism, education, government business, and numerous small businesses.  Restaurants, shops, and parks line the bayside of the city. Industrial parks are planned for riverside. A community college and homes stand around Preston Point.

Time will tell how Everett will continue to change to meet the challenges of a 21st Century global economy.

Kitchen Remodeling

With the heart of most homes centering around the kitchen, remodeling an old kitchen improves the design appeal and makes cooking and storage so much more useful with modern amenities. The added benefit of kitchen remodels is that it provides the greatest return on your investment when you sell the home. Learn more about the proven VanderBeken remodel process here.

Bathroom Remodeling

The design of bathrooms varies wildly from decade to decade. Often they don’t provide great storage and have old fixtures that look older than the rest of the home. You can add many creature comforts very easily when remodeling a bathroom, creating a comfortable sanctuary in the process. Learn more about the proven VanderBeken remodel process here.

Home Additions

With the cost of selling, moving, and purchasing a new property many homeowners are turning to additions to their home to get the square footage and functionality they have always wanted. Plus, who enjoys packing up their home, moving, and then unpacking it?

It’s important to know that the average home in Lynnwood is structurally sound, making additions less risky to pursue. Of course, each case is unique, and our team will work with you to make sure the home addition looks as though it has always been there since the start.
