This home remodel involved redesigning the kitchen, family room, dining room and powder bathroom.  We installed the same navy custom cabinets that we installed in the kitchen island for the vanity base in the powder bathroom to hide the plumbing, but used the legs to add an open shelf for storage. The square vessel sink modernizes the free-standing vanity, especially when finished with a Commercial-style Möen 90 Degree vessel sink faucet. The elegant quartz countertop ties the vanity together, while linear mosaic tiles by American Olean tile in Serentina Herringbone create the mirror frame and echo the kitchen backsplash. The mirror is actually installed atop the tile to add depth and create a 3-D effect.

We carried the wide plank flooring throughout the dining room, kitchen, family room, and guest bathroom for a beautifully unified look without breaking the budget.

Overall, we adore how the combination of blues with earth tones and bright white make this home feel equally modern and cozy. Sophisticated details and effective use of space make this house perfect both for family and social life.
